LITTLE ALCHEMY is the creation of chef Paul “SAGE” Somerville, who’s bringing fresh and original cuisine with influences from Korean and Creole heritages. We’re serving Brown Butter Walnut Pear Salad to Cajun Pajeon “Shrimp Sallion Pancake” + Leek Infused Grits to Kimchi Jumbolaya and Oyster Mushroom Po’boy!

THĒM is the vision of Duvie “Vu” Fenice, bringing authentic Vietnamese food to Bushwick. In Vietnamese, THĒM translates as “Crave”, so why not make this your go-to spot for Chã Gio, Spring Rolls to Bánh Mì with a filling choice of Lemongrass Chicken, Vietnamese Cold Cuts, Lemongrass Tofu, or Vegan Pork Belly to Cuón Lá Nêp.
